James L. Williams (JLW) is one of the Gulf’s leading EPC Main Contractors, specialising in the design and delivery of complex infrastructure where precision is critical.
Founded in 2007 as a Middle East extension of one of Australia’s longest-standing services contractors established in 1875, JLW has evolved deliberately from a niche MEP subcontractor into one of the region’s leading EPC Main Contractors, with a sharp focus on data centre infrastructure.
In 2024, JLW joined Al Awael, a member of the Rashed Abdul Rahman Al Rashed & Sons Group (RAR)—one of Saudi Arabia’s most respected and diversified business groups. This partnership enhances JLW’s ability to scale in Saudi Arabia and beyond, combining Al Rashed’s market reach with JLW’s technical leadership and operational independence.
