The new Standard Chartered bank building in Dubai has been designed to use energy and water efficiently,as one of the Middle East’s most eco-friendly developments.

The development is a 17 storey commercial tower that boasts 252,000 square foot of tenant lettable area.

This International‚ Class “A” facility that meets the stringent redundancy requirements of the bank as well as its eco-friendly “green” requirements,  the fit out is designed to achieve a LEED Platinum rating, whilst the base building a LEED Gold.  A standard Chartered Bank fit out includes a state-of-the-art trading floor and the banks dedicated data centre.
