The proposed Masdar Neighbourhood 2 is envisaged as a Live, Work, Learn and Play community with a mixed-use program. Located in Phase 1 of the Masdar City and immediately adjacent to Masdar Institute, the 5.62 Hectares project area is proposed to cater for residential accommodation for Masdar Institute students, corporate and open market residences and an incubator office building.

All housing components are complemented by strong retail and public space program. The project is anticipated to achieve an Estidama Pearl 3 rating as well as LEED Gold certification.
