Working with JLW gave me the opportunity to actively participate in both the design and construction stages of projects allowing us get the best of both worlds and add real value to our Clients. JLW is a very exciting, forward-thinking, and fast moving company with high expectations which focuses the employees to be the best we can be, and to always look at ways we can be even better. I have a fantastic experienced team of design engineers and BIM modelers working with me. There is a great working attitude amongst the group which makes it an enjoyable place to be.

Life at JLW is very rewarding and offers a friendly, hardworking and enjoyable working environment. Every day is different which makes it a rather exciting place to work. Although schedules are always tight and the pressure is always there we always manage the time to get together outside of work to let off steam and enjoy ourselves.

At JLW we are always striving to enhance ourselves with the latest technologies and digital trends to help streamline what we do, introducing efficiencies to save time and costs. I have been developing the BIM team for the past 6 years and have a fantastic team of over 80 BIM modelers who all take great pride in what we manage to achieve on every project. I always strive to find ways on improving which keeps myself and my team on our toes.
