We at JLW promote a multicultural work environment comprising of competent and dynamic intellectual resources from over 20 countries.
The Management promotes an open-door culture wherein the employees can enjoy freedom at work and freedom of opinion without compromising productivity and targets.
The Management is approachable and welcome ideas from top to the bottom layer of the organisation.
Every employee can participate in team sports such as cricket, football, basketball, and badminton. The company has seen such events bolster team spirit and togetherness. Yoga and military boot camp sessions are also offered to employees, helping them relieve stress and keep a work-life balance. Also, JLW Middle East engages its employees in various sports event competitions, either internal or external, organized by clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

JLW actively sponsors events such as Pink is Punk, a wellness campaign centred on breast cancer and raises disaster relief funds for affected areas. We believes that the company and all its employees have a civic duty to give back to the communities where we live and work.
