JLW have been formally awarded the Main Contract of the construction of Sharjah Airports Central Utility Plant (CUP) facility in addition to infrastructure diversion works for the new airport terminal expansion.

The CUP facility once completed will service the entire existing and new terminal building and associated airport facilities. The CUP will consist of district cooling plant and pumping stations, power generation, distribution network & equipment, standby power and fuel tanks, fire protection facilities and mission critical data center, engineering/operations, security operations center, crisis management, airport collaboration and decision making center.
