JLW were appointed as the MEP Contractor to complete the entire MEP works for the Masdar Neighbourhood District of Masdar City in Abu Dhabi. The works included the HV infrastructure, ring main units and transformer installations associated with the district.

The district is located in Phase 1 of the Masdar City and immediately adjacent to Masdar Institute, the 5.62 Hectares project area is proposed to cater for residential accommodation for Masdar Institute students, corporate and open market residences and an incubator office building.
