This is a fit out works for the Expo media centre which will house the major television networks that will be operating during the Dubai Expo 2020 event. JLW’s scope is the fitout of all the MEP works which includes HVAC, power distribution, ICT, building management and fire life safety services. The total fitout area is circa 7700 square meters across ten levels from ground floor to level 09 of Al Wasl Plaza Parcel C, Sustainable District. The expected completion time of works from commencement is six months.
