JLW is currently executing the full civil, structural, and architectural and MEP installation works for a large international Client who is entering the  Middle East Region

The project is broken up into four phasis. JLW were appointed as the Main Contractor for Phase one of the project. The data centre is a high density and concurrently maintainable with redundant capacity components and multiple independent distribution paths serving the critical equipment.

JLW’s scope includes the installation and commissioning of the OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) critical equipment. Once all phases are complete the data centre will have a total IT capacity of 15MW.
