Northbank Plaza is a total refurbishment of a 25 level office building. State of the art GJ Walker air handling units were developed and used for the air distribution on this project.

Their energy efficiency assisted with the building achieving an ABGR rating of five. The chilled water plant was completely replaced and brought on line early in the project to assist with the staged hand over to the occupants.

The on-floor air distribution systems incorporated integrated fit-out to suit the tenants’ particular needs. Completed in April 2008.
