Building “6 North” forms part of the Sydney King Street Wharf Development, designed and built by Multiplex, and is the new home for KPMG. It consists of 4 basement levels, ground floor and foyer and 15 upper office levels, with numerous meeting rooms and an auditorium.

The mechanical services / air conditioning has been designed and installed so that it will operate and meet the requirements of an audited AGBR 41/2 star rated building.
