Client: Grocon

The Civic Tower is built on top of the Masonic Temple in Goulburn Street, Sydney. The structure completes a vision of the original designers of the 1970’s.

The mechanical services for the twenty-six levels of commercial office building were designed and installed by JLW for Grocon and has incorporated a total Ecologically Sustainable Development approach, to achieve the AGBR 4½ star rating.
