Charlotte Towers is a residential tower of 40 levels incorporating a multitude of ventilation and exhaust systems and a chilled water plant t maintain the comfort levels for it 422 tenants. James L. Williams Pty. Ltd. designed and constructed this project for one of Australia’s largest residential building companies, Devine Constructions and through cooperation completed the project three months ahead of program.
