The team of Barclay Mowlem and JLW are proud to be associated with Stockland for the design and construct contract for the Saville Southbank development Brisbane. The project is a signature $90 million multi-level apartment / hotel on the fringe of the CBD.

The contract includes the construction of a 13 storey building containing 161 suite Saville apartments, 88 luxury residential 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, lap pool, spa, gymnasium, restaurant, meeting & function rooms, four levels of car park and basement.

The Saville Southbank project won the Master Builders Association Award for Excellence 2006.
