The NSW Police Department has now relocated to these new premises at Parramatta. The building consists of two towers 9 and 13 storeys joined by a central core lift lobby, with a total area of 35,000m2 and an underground car park of 15,000m2. This building was designed to be a Green Star building, and to achieve the AGBR Rating of 41/2 stars.
