NAB building, 255Adelaide Street, is the total refurbishment of an existing office buildings on-floor air distribution systems and replacement of its chilled water plant while still being occupied by tenants.

This is type of project is different in the way it is managed as the comfort levels and noise considerations of the building tenants need to be considered at all times while still maintaining the challenging building program.

This type of projects is one of many we have successfully undertaken in the Brisbane CBD area. Completed in March 2008.
