Being initially awarded the contract to install and commission the Central Plant and Laundry Mechanical Services, supplying equipment and pipework to cater for the never ending requirement of heating and chilled water for the project, has set the momentum for the management and installation of the unique Crown’s ‘Seasons of Fortune’ Atrium Water Features experience.

JLW was also awarded the Mechanical Services at the Clarke Street Development which houses Crown’s offices, staff facilities and public car park for the Crown patrons. These projects were awarded because JLW has the resources, expertise and track record to handle projects of this magnitude, quality and complexity.
